All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

All of our products are custom-made and crafted specifically for you based on your individual selections and specifications. Because each item is produced on demand according to your order, all sales are final. Please note that this all-sales-final policy also explicitly extends to all non-personalized items and accessories, including poster frames. Consequently, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event of items being defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
